CANCELLATION POLICY

• 体験開始の24時間前までのキャンセル: 無料（全額返金）
• 体験開始の24時間前を過ぎてからのキャンセル・無連絡での不参加: 料金の100%を申し受けます
• 日時の変更は、体験開始の24時間前まで無料で承ります（空き状況によります）
• 悪天候・災害・当店の都合により開催できない場合: 全額返金いたします

返金は、お支払いいただいたクレジットカードへの返金処理にて行います。反映時期はカード会社により異なります。

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience: free of charge (full refund)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show: 100% charge
• Date changes are free up to 24 hours before the experience, subject to availability
• If we cancel due to severe weather, disaster, or other reasons on our side: full refund
